I tried to rent a garage in Jesmond through Pat Robson who have been useless I had an appointment for Monday but they cancelled last minute as you discovered you did not have keys. They are renting a garage but know nothing about it, basic details like dimensions, services Finally you schedule another appointment when they get the keys and then cancel it at 30 mins notice as you have now rented it. They mail me to see how can they assist me further Can you tell me which aspects of this constitutes assistance

Pat Robson are a first class letting agent. I rented a flat through them for 4 1/2 years and their service in maintaining the property has been very good. They have been very responsive to requests to fix any issues that have arisen in the flat and the property as a whole. The process of reporting issues online is particularly helpful and very easy to use. The team looking after the contracts, rent and aftercare are highly professional and very efficient. As a letting agent I would highly recommend them.

Carla Downey from Pat Robson was really accommodating on the viewings that took place at my property, she even got new tenants confirmed from the first day the viewings begun which helped a very stressful situation for me, couldn't have asked it to go any smoother! And also Ryan Morris was great when I moved out and and made sure everything was sorted so I didn't have to stress as moving out can be a handful and a lot to take in within a timescale! Very grateful for the help from both of them.

If you are looking to rent avoid. Racism above anything else. They are looking down on you and treat you literally like a piece of meat ready for sale. If you are non British they'll make your life hard asking insane amounts upfront and contracts that make you liable even if you leave the flat. If you are British they will request family and job guarantors but the contract is also restricting. The deal you will discuss with them is not the same with the contract you sign. Be careful and avoid money driven companies like this one.

Amy Rodgers at Pat Robson was the Sales Progressor when we purchased a flat recently. She was very efficient, proactive and helpful in moving the sale forward. I would certainly consider using Pat Robson if selling a property.
