I just wanted to thank Kieran & Adam for the sale of my parents' bungalow. From the outset Kieran was brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable on the area and recent sales. His valuation was the highest by far with other valuations coming in around the 460k mark. I was confident that we could achieve over the 500k as suggested by Kieron and he didn't let me down!
