Peter has been located at the South Road office from 1973, originally as a partner of Manners and Harrison. The office at South Road has always specialised in Survey and Valuation work both of Commercial and Residential Properties as well as handling substantial Property Management, again of both Commercial and Residential together with Commercial Agency.
Meet the Team

Simon has Batchelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. On completion of his Economics degree he went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management with commendation from the University of Northumbria which led into the 2 year APC period and thereafter qualification as Chartered Surveyor at his first sitting.
