I am an overseas landlord and have been a landlord for over 25 years in several countries. Now we only have rental properties (HMO & BTL) in the UK. I have never spoken to any of the Hunters team only corresponding by email. I cannot speak highly enough of the team. I have recently moved up from 3 hours away on my own. I was able to arrange securing a house near the University of Teesside and a viewing with plenty of time and great fast communication via email. I have never had such a lovely, friendly and professional service from an estate agents office before. Ive been with this estate agency for nearly five years, and theyve been absolutely brilliant. My initial move was handled efficiently, and throughout my tenancy, any issues that arose were swiftly resolved.
My main point of contact was Georgina, and she has been amazing throughout, always professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.
More recently, when my landlord decided to sell the property, the team was incredibly proactive in finding me a new home specifically Chloe. Chloe managed this process for me, and she has been fantastic, so responsive and efficient. What could have been a stressful experience was made effortless by Chloe, turning a potentially difficult situation into a really positive one. Im now looking forward to moving into my new home, which I love!

Hunters have been exceptional, Rebecca and Georgina both went out of their way to help us when we were really stressed. They were both so friendly and helpful all the time. At no point did I feel judged or belittled by the ladies at Hunters unlike some other local companies due to having two cats. Rebecca and Georgina managed to turn around being accepted at a property in record time due to us needing to move the next week. Thank you so much ladies for helping us find such a beautiful home. I would absolutely recommend Hunters above any other agent.

Having been with Hunters Teeside since 2014 I honestly couldn't think of anyone better in the area to manage my property in Spennymoor.
