I started using LD Property Management after using a number of letting agents that offered poor service and provided unsuitable tenants, which culminated in taking court action against both parties. Thankfully, things have been plain sailing since using LD. I have found them to be helpful in terms of finding suitable tenants and managing our properties. They charge reasonable rates and in my view are worth every penny! I have been a tenant with LD for over eight years and rented several properties from them.

One weeks rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right- to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent.
