Each client benefits from a dedicated point of contact who manages marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, paperwork, rent collection and move-in arrangements. After occupation, we continue to monitor the property through inspections, arrange repairs where required, manage tenancy renewals and address arrears if necessary. When a tenancy ends, we coordinate the notice process, discuss future marketing with the landlord and prepare the property for reletting. The fact that clients who joined us when we first opened remain with us today demonstrates the value of our approach. Granger & oaks are probably best letting agent I have used over the years. They have been managing my properties for over 15 years, and I have a great working relationship with every member of their team. Very professional, efficient and well run letting agent.
The office is run by Bali, who is by far one of the most proactive and knowledgeable letting professionals I have met. Shes very professional dealing with my tenants, and is invaluable member of the team at Granger & oaks. Jonathan & his team have managed my rental property in Nottingham for approx 18 years. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best property management agents I have encountered during my 20 years as a landlord. They are efficient, professional, proactive and friendly; I recommend Granger & Oaks unreservedly and without hesitation.

Granger and Oaks' really personal approach meant they were able to give us some really great advice prior to listing. As such, we ended up with more than one offer and have since sold our property with an incredibly smooth process. The package including conveyancing made it so easy. Having been disappointed when Holden Copley failed to sell the property, it was great to find Granger and Oaks.

Landlord from 2006 to 2020. I can highly recommend Granger and Oaks. Initially, I was to rent my Nottinghamshire property out for a year whilst I moved north. I'd engaged a number of property management companies and wasn't too impressed, but Jonathan's initial engagement was open, frank and positive so I signed up. That one year became fourteen - and over those years and a small number of tenant changes, Jonathan and his team consistently delivered a high quality property management service that I came to rely upon. Points worth highlighting: - Regular and clear communication; efficient arrangement of additional services such as plumbers etc; good tenant screening/onboarding; Provided helpful advice on matters beyond their remit.
Have there been problems over the years? Yes there have - but the G&O team always provided effective support to resolve any issues. In my experience, each team member have been courteous, reliable and helpful. I am now no longer a landlord, but if I were to do it again, I'd go straight back to Granger & Oaks.

I asked G & Oaks to help find, assess and now manage our properties in Nottingham. I cannot recommend them highly enough - all of the team are extremely professional and also excellent at communication with their landlords and tenants. The BTL market can be daunting but G & Oaks worked with us to develop our understanding and approach so that we felt confident in purchasing a small portfolio quickly.
The client software let's us know where we are with regards to marketing, repairs and income on line. I would especially refer to G & Oaks management of the repair service - using their local expertise probably saves us 30% on repairs each year, compared to trying to organise our own.

The service provided by Granger and Oaks is excellent. They are efficient, professional, courteous, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I feel confident in their management of my two properties. Any problems in the properties are rectified with ease and in a timely fashion.
