An absolute brilliant team of estate agents in Coventry, I have a few rental properties across the city, including Cheylesmore, Binley, Finham and Tile Hill and are always very well looked after. I have also managed to sell properties using Prominence Estates and I find their free home valuation service extremely helpful. Their fees are fair for the quality of service you receive is outstanding. Highly recommended.

I used to work at a Recruitment Agency, so I know the type of work having to be done by different types of agencies. The properties you work with and how important customer service is. The first property viewing I had with Prominence, myself and my partner were over the moon, but that property fell through due to a challenging landlord. Throughout the process, I was speaking to Chad Bodinnar, and he was brilliant with keeping me in the loop and offering advice on what to do next. There were lots of properties from different estate agents on Rightmove, and I could have easily applied for a different property, but I wanted to stay with Prominence as I thought that from my initial impression, they were good people. I was proved correct, as I had a 2nd property viewing, and we managed to secure the property which is brilliant for me and my young family! I couldnt recommend Chad enough! In the future, I want to be able to be in a position where I am a landlord, and I would certainly love to have Chad represent my future property.

Would highly recommend Chenise from Prominence. She was one of agents who valued our house initially and although we decided to went with different agency (with regret in hindsight) she has kept in touch and even arranged a viewing for potential buyers she had while we were in contract with competitors. Once our sole agency agreement ended without sale I did not hesitate to have a house advertised again with her. In comparison to other agent shes extremely engaging and flexible. The quality of pictures and advert were much better than the others and overall experience was hundreds times better. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Chenise to anyone and will definitely contact her again if needed in future.

After having difficulties with other estate agents, having no viewings when selling our home, we switched to Prominence Estates with Cheneise as our estate agent. She was realistic and honest with us throughout selling our home and stayed in constant contact even through the weekends. I recently used a let-only service and had the pleasure of working with Emily, who managed the process exceptionally well from start to finish. She remained professional, efficient, and helpful throughout even when my existing tenant became quite difficult to deal with. Emily handled everything with patience and a calm, solution-focused approach which made the whole experience much smoother than expected.
I also want to thank Manny for his understanding regarding a payment issue. There was a small mix-up with a fee that had initially been agreed, but Manny handled it fairly and professionally, showing goodwill in resolving the situation.
