AMAZING! Finally, I have moved into my new home and so much credit deserves to go to Ricky and Lesley. You might think houses sell themselves, purchases go through in their own time and estate agents are almost bystanders in the process. My recent purchase was far from straight forward. It's a lengthy story and involves all the usual twists and turns from buyers pulling out, solicitor excuses, no shows, pressure from others in the chain etc.

It isn't really necessary for me to post the full details here. I just wanted to take a minute to say that without the tenacious and hard working approach shown by this estate agents I'm not even sure if my sale and purchase would have gone through. I had a local agent out before stumbling upon Benwell Daykin on the High street one Saturday morning whilst fetching a coffee.
