Awful service. Really unprofessional. Evicted for complaining about an Unfair Term, and an extortionate gas bill and then when we applied to the council as homeless, they lied to the council about the reasons for our eviction. Disgusting treatment by an apparently much-respected company. When I complained, they ignored my complaint so I had to get the Franchisor involved, who failed to answer the points I raised. Fees are a total rip-off, too. Six-monthly credit checks on all parties at 80 + VAT, plus tenancy renewal fees at expiry of their standard six month AST is unjustifiable and extortionate. Worst ever.
