Homes in Focus was founded in 2005 and has gone from strength to strength as a business built around family values but our history actually goes back a lot further than that. Jakky Welsh has been heavily involved in property for over 25 years. As a Landlord (with a Buildings background) she bought her first buy-to-let back in 1995 as a pension plan and later started adding to her portfolio.

Natalie, is Jakky's daughter and has lived and breathed property for as long as she can remember. It's in her blood and she is truly passionate about it. To paint a picture, at the tender age of 7 she completed and passed a site safety test with a new build Site Manager! In terms of Homes in Focus, Natalie has been involved in the company since its inception in 2005 and together with her mother, has helped build it up into the successful business it is today.As our Property Manager, Natalie is kept extremely busy and is a true multi-tasker in every sense of the word.

Phoebe Harper

Phoebe manages the day to day running of the office. Described as the glue that holds the office together. Phoebe deals with much of the office administration as well as some viewings and inspections of rental properties and dealing with phone calls. She is a driven individual who is meticulous in her approach to her work.
