I am sooo sorry I did not read the reviews properly for this place before checking in -- one reviewer actually saw a mouse in the apartment -- it's my first night here and I hope I don't see any -- We initially had a four bed room booked and instead we were given the two ground floor apartments. The place is old and there a musty stench coming from everywhere. The ground floor apartments are just above the subway so no sleep what so ever.
The carpets and couch are stained every where -- the dining chairs and old and the bed and pillows are soooo old and uncomfortable. The doors are locked by a single old fashioned key! Why?! I have no idea. There is no lobby or staff on site--- the heating system is central and they would not lower it! It's a sauna here so we were asked to open the window! On the ground floor. The first and last time here -- definitely not worth the money

The apartment was comfortable initially, however halfway through our stay my channel necklace was stolen from inside the drawer. This happened after cleaning service of the apartment took place. The management were not very helpful at all but were actually very rude in the process. They refused to acknowledge or even look into the matter. I would recommend anyone who chooses to live to be very careful about their belongings.

Very nice apartments in an amazing location and less than 5 minutes walk to Green Park. The flats are very clean, cozy and spacious with all the amenities one would need. Highly recommended!

Staying for a week. Nice cosy atmosphere. Location superb. Near my favourite restaurant burger lobster. Knightsbridge. Winter wonderland Hyde park. Bond Street. Nice bed. Stayed at apartment 10. Nice kitchen. Lift on every floor. Housekeeping Monday to Friday only. Ricardo the house manager . Will book again

It was a delightful trip in London and even better with Park Lane Apartments, the place is extremely clean and well designed, with that, the staff so kind to the guests. Can not find anything for improvement. Definitely going to return
