Affordable Housing and Tenant Services in East England
Established as a charitable registered society, we have dedicated ourselves to providing quality housing solutions and community support across the east of England. Our organisation manages over 7,500 homes for rent and shared ownership, prioritising affordability and accessibility for all residents. With a focus on continuous improvement, we implement robust systems for repairs, maintenance, and tenant engagement, ensuring timely responses to resident needs. Our commitment extends beyond housing through initiatives like community investment grants, anti-social behaviour support, and sustainability programmes.

Guided by regulatory compliance and resident feedback, we strive to enhance living standards while maintaining transparency and accountability in all operations. As we prepare to rebrand as Havebury Homes in November 2025, our core mission remains unchanged: to create thriving communities through responsible housing management.

Their website doesn't work properly to pay rent. I need to do it many times until the payment goes through. Already for few months I feel stressed and mad when I need to pay, because it's always a challenge.

Scaffolding left unused blocking my kitchen window for 3 months, now more scaffolding completely blocking the sun at my main living room window for another month. I am left in the dark during summer not being able to open my windows with my plants dying for absolutely no reason. Get organised and take this scaffolding down!
