Dhaminder and the team at Solihull Residential have gone above and beyond to help our family. They approached the owner to reconsider our application after we made an error which could have cost us a significant amount of money. Despite their attempts the landlord refused our application. Dhaminder took into consideration our genuine error and kindly offered us a full refund and absorbed the costs incurred on the aborted letting.
They did this even though they did not have to! It is reassuring during these difficult times that businesses like this are clearly not merciless in their approach towards new Tenants. Although disappointed our application was not successful, I would not hesitate in using this company again.
