Really friendly, helpful and accomodating. Helped relay questions to the landlord for us. Zero deposit option was great - really good/easy to follow referencing system. Lovely local team, didn't feel rushed or pushed or patronised like some other large brand agents. Also no agents fees or imposing rules - all around very good - would recommend :

As a letting agency, they were extremally professional and effective, and helped me found the perfect place from the start - straight after getting my requirements they sent through to me a range of properties which were on the market and fitted my needs, and helped me pick the right one! Would highly recommend!

Sent an inquiry about a rental, was told to give details for credit check before even scheduling a viewing. Then I received an email from the owner to tell them which property I am interested in. When I called I was basically told by some arrongant assistant that Mr. Rocket would be too busy to speak to a lowlife like me, inquiring about rental. So I had to read out the email which Mr. Rocket himself sent 10 minutes earlier asking to get in touch.
I was then told that they don't do viewings on the weekend, so much for selecting working professionals tenants with perfect credit. annoyed to have wasted my time and having a completely pointless credit check by this unprofessional agency
