We had a horrible experience with Eden Harper. We rented a house with them and they did not meet the conditions we agreed in the contract. This caused a lot of troubles that resulted in them firing someone from their team. Months later the owner of the flat decided to sell the house and Eden Harper in order to make the best deal they were harassing us to leave the house so they could sell it with no tenants.
They continuously thread us saying that we were not in our rights to stay in the house after the 1st eviction notice but we did not have a place to move. In summary, bad communication and a terrible experience that ended up as a nightmare. We never got compensated for all the troubles we went thought even after they admitted it was their fault

This was my first sale and the team from Eden Harper were always friendly, polite and very helpful. My process was a bit slow due to the involvement of a Housing Association but Patrick was always very supportive and he was on top of things. Tyra and Barbara helped as well with showing the property and they were always ready and available to speak to me. I would definitely call them for my next move.

Lack of communication - no effort was made to confirm cancellation of viewing (failed emails, and no call), and we were told our viewing was the first viewing taking place at the property, only to later find out it had been available to view the previous day. We would have been very happy to view it then and made clear we would like to see it as soon as possible.
