Stayed at 6 bay view Court, Good position but property needs some tlc, double duvet on a king size bed! Has secure parking but very tight, wouldn't want to park a big car there. One small problem with IT, but all sorted by helpful staff.

We stayed in a two bed apartment on the sea front. Great location and price. The apartment was exactly as described and we will definitely be coming back. The staff at Lyme Bay Holidays were second yo none, very kind and helpful before and during our stay. Thank you to the whole team!

Critical: Professionalism Unfortunately I paid upfront in full 608, the day of travel I woke with a temperature and had to cancel. I also tested positive for Covid. It appears they will not refund or even partial or a credit so we can return when we'll. Most responsible businesses would sympathise and be more helpful knowing the cermstances

Our cottage was immaculately presented. Couldn't ask for more. It's the little touches that make a good holiday. Spotlessly clean, welcome pack is also a nice touch. Will certainly use this company again. Would thoroughly recommend
