Landlords Fees

Our letting fee will be 12% (inclusive of VAT) of the gross annual Rent, premium or other monies receivable by you during the first year of the Tenancy, with a minimum charge of 600.00 including VAT. This Commission remains due and payable in relation to any extension, renewal or continuation of the occupancy contract whether or not we are the effective cause of the said extension, renewal or continuation and for the period of time any such party or their assignees, subtenants or successors in title continue to reside in the Property.

We've been tenants with Penny & Lisa for the past 5 years and I have to say that their services have always been very professional, speedy and reliable. Whenever there was an issue with the property, the team has always resolve them as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays. I can wholeheartedly recommend Penny & Lisa to both landlords (as I know from a tenant's perspective they do look after the property) and tenants (they've always been responsive when issues arose). Thanks to the whole team for looking after us over the past 5 years. It's been a pleasure.

We had a very bad experience with this company! A lady called LISA who is meant to be one of the owners & a Negotiator called Matt was extremely Unprofessional & rude, I was taken to a property where as soon as we walked in had a very strong smell of damp so I naturally had questions which Matt's response to the questions were "I am not the landlord why are you asking me" from there I knew something wasn't quite right so I decided to wait until the next day and speak to Lisa, when I mentioned what matt had said and also his rude attitude her response was "you just seem to have a problem with him, Matt is a good employee of mine" then she just had a full blown argument with me but in the end apologised because I mentioned I was going to write this review. They do this job very half heartedly and with extreme bad attitude! Stay away and go to a more professional estate agent! There are plenty around the area.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Awful experience, I had a broken boiler and was without hot water for a month. Compound this with the fact i had a new baby at the time, they lack empathy and respect for their tenants. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, best to avoid and found alternative letting agents.

A TRULY APPALLING EXPERIENCE all round with Penny and Lisa. the management treated me and my flatmate like trash from day one. They only seemed to want your money and didn't care about the issues we had, including mould - which is something that they legally need to deal with. horrible people, very unprofessional and I really advise you all to stay away from Penny and Lisa at all costs, and if you rent a property managed by the m, I would suggest going to do a surprise visit to find out how little work they actually do.
