Doorknobs are very quick to react to any snags with the property and are easy to work with. Although I did not end up renting a property through Doorknobs, I appreciated Sophie's assistance and found her to be the most pleasant agent I dealt with in my property search. I felt she listened to what I was looking for, and came up with suggestions based on my requirements without pushing me to consider other properties which didn't meet them.
