We are based close to York and for the last 21 years have specialised exclusively in providing quality accommodation for groups of students. Our houses are available to students studying at any of the city's higher educational establishments but are particularly convenient for any student attending The University of York, York Law College & York St John College.

All our student accommodation comes fully furnished, is maintained to a high standard and complies with current legislation (gas, electrical, fire, furniture regulations etc). The amenities provided vary according to the number of students being accommodated but all houses have at least one or two showers as well as a bath.

We currently have vacancies for one room in a shared student house & for group sizes of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 but you may still wish to register for other sizes of accommodation in case they become available.
