Harry from the Prospect team was always very helpful throughout the purchase of our house. Always responded quickly to emails and was a great help at getting us in contact with mortgage advisors and solicitors when they were taking a while to respond. Also during our time purchasing a house, our landlord was selling our flat using prospect. Harry was always good about giving us plenty of notice about viewings and making sure they fit a time that worked for us.

Had 4 viewings with Rachel this evening and she made the experience really painless, very patient, not in your face or pushy but also there enough to guide us around. Of all the agents we have used recently Rachel and Prospect have left us feeling at most ease and comfortable continuing our purchasing journey. We went for a house viewing on the 18th Nov 25. Our agent was Rachel, who showed us around and gave us some background to the house. She was engaging and informative, which we do prefer when it comes to agents as this builds a rapport so they also understand our situation. She did not rush us and gave us plenty of time to look around and ask questions. So far we looked at around 40 houses, and she is certainly one of the few great agents we met. Thank you Rachel!

I used Prospect to sell my house in Priestwood in June 2025. Paul handled the sale with Ricky standing in when Paul was on leave. It was a good experience overall. The house sold quickly and I felt that my interests were represented well. Although I was only in a short chain there were inevitably some problems. Paul and Ricky were responsive to my calls and chased me when there was something I needed to do. They clearly know what they are doing.
