I would like to thank Wokingham Prospect, Nikki Gardner made our move into our new beautiful home seamless.
There have also been a few issues with the house that have been actioned and resolved quickly and efficiently.

Like others, I first dealt with Charlotte Morgan, who was my primary point of contact for paperwork and questions prior to signing the agreement, after which Nikki Gardner, my property manager, took the reins and has been liaising between me and the landlord. Both she and Charlotte have always responded to my e-mails promptly and have also called me in more urgent cases. There have been quite a lot of issues with the property, but Nikki has never faltered in doing her best to get them resolved. All communication with Prospect's Wokingham office has bees both friendly and professional and, based on this experience, I can recommend them without reservation.
