As a landlord letting out our home, it's still early days in the tenancy but we've had an incredible experience so far with Balloon, who have really gone above and beyond consistently! Gerald was great when undertaking viewings and was very communicative and answered any questions. Then Lucy was absolutely brilliant, and I really felt like the team were working with us as landlords rather than against us. I cannot thank Lucy and now Kieran who is managing the property enough for making us feel like our house is in good hands. Kieran in particular went out of his way to help us with an unexpected issue, which is definitely above the job description! I have no doubt that the property will be handled well and we are all working together to make sure the tenants settle in well which is unheard of with most managing agents. I can also confirm that any services they procure are always similar, if not cheaper, than if I source myself! I can't thank the team enough so far and am looking forward to working with them for the duration of the letting.

What a refreshing change to be able to communicate with a real human rather than deal with automated responses to my queries! Great communication! Lucy was very helpful when I wasnt sure how to access and upload some information for my application. She did some research for me and I was able to complete the task following her advice. She appears to be a real people person and she seems to really care, assisting me with a friendly, sensitive attitude. Five stars indeed!

The process from start to finish was very good. They were very accommodating with viewing the property and offered support with any issues we had. Steph was great assisting with the move out process and Sarah was also helpful whilst we had a boiler issue over the Christmas period. Overall brilliant team.
