At the start of December 2019, Barry joined his wife Winnie in the business, bringing with him a background primarily in Retail Automotive, where he worked with major industry players, including the Mercedes-Benz brand. Throughout his career, customer experience has been the top priority in any business Barry has managed.
Having previously operated a Property Management company, Barry saw owning and operating an Estate Agency franchise as a natural step, allowing him to demonstrate to clients that a consistently positive experience is achievable.

I moved into a Belvoir rental property in Dec 2023 and since that time they have been absolutely amazing. They were very efficient with the onboarding paperwork and it was all sorted within a very short space of time which for me was ideal as I wanted to move quickly. We sold our house through Belvoir and have been very impressed by the friendly and professional service throughout the process. The communication has been excellent, with Barry keeping all parties informed as to progress and next steps. Unfortunately, out initial sale fell through due to events at the start of the chain and independent of our house sale. Barry and Winnie were very supportive throughout and worked with us to remarket and manage our property while it was empty. I cant recommend Belvoir highly enough, as this was my best experience with an estate agent to date.

Both Barry and Winnie make an amazing team, they really do go above and beyond to make every step of the process as simple as possible and are the most loveliest of people to deal with. Communication from Barry is impeccable, he keeps you updated with emails at every step of the way.
