It has been an absolute pleasure working with Northwood Norwich (especially Peggy!) during my move to Norwich. They've been professional and helpful throughout and I can honestly say there hasn't been a single instance during my move in and out of the place I was renting that had a problem. We've been a tenant via Northwood's for the last 8 years and we have always found them to be super accommodating and helpful. We had some issues with a very old heating system and the team liaised with our landlord promptly to ensure it was resolved. Special shout out to Peggy who has always come straight back to us whenever we've needed help with anything. Everyone we've dealt with from the team over the years has been courteous and friendly and have kept us informed when any work or such needed doing. Highly recommend them!

Excellent Service! Renting from Northwood has been a breeze from start to finish. They're always easy to reach and very quick at sorting out any problems. Peggy, who we mostly dealt with, was always friendly and really helpful. Overall, renting with them has been great and I'd definitely use them again and ofcourse recommend!

Northwood took over my tenancy mid-way through and the transition was quick and easy for me.
They have been great when Ive had to deal with them, any issues I had were responded to quickly and arranged promptly.

I had a range of issues with the property I rented the past year. Mostly due to neglect previously and a lack of care by other stakeholders in the property such as previous tenants (not northwoods) I believe. For instance a leaking kitchen sink, broken taps, mould in rooms etc
Yet Northwoods are quick to communicate with you, deal with maintenance and such and the staff there are particularly easy to deal with, Stephen was especially friendly and helpful. The property has, to be fair, improved on the whole under Northwoods management over the one year tenancy, issues such as the extensive mould in one room have been dealt with and things like the leaky kitchen sink have been fixed..
I would recommend Northwoods. I am sure they are a good property agent and the issues I faced moving in and at the first few months of my tenancy described previously were not down to them and had other reasons behind them.

Really great to have been a tenant with Northwood. They have been very good to us and incredibly reasonable. The team has always responded quickly and are very helpful. Inspections were always very considerate of our space. Requests were always considered, and we left with only good things to say.

I have never rented before, was a little apprehensive, but need not of worried, as Northwood proved to be very professional, and dealt with all my queries through my 12 months rent in a calm, responsive and timely manner. The deposit monies were swiftly returned in a few days after my rental period finished, and I would not hesitate to recommend Northwood, and all the staff at the Norwich branch.

Northwood is the best agent I have rented with so far. They are the only ones who did not start a fight when I informed them I wanted to move out, which I think is the fundamental issue with a lot of letting agents. They also appreciated my effort in keeping their house nearly as clean as when I moved in.

I have rented with Northwood for a little over a year. In that time any issues with the property have been dealt with quickly and in a very professional manner.
All correspondence was answered promptly, and I never felt out of the loop when dealing with anything regarding the property.
