Myself and my partner went through Parkers- Witney for our first time renting a property and we could not fault our experience. As newcomers to this type of thing it is easy to feel daunted by what is to come, however the entire rental process was handled as smoothly as we could have hoped for. I have to say a huge thank you especially to Klara for being so patient and answering all my questions when I have not truly understood something and for generally being so on it when we did decide to apply for a property. Our first point of contact was with Gavin at Parkers Witney. He was warm and helpful throughout the initial stages of us selling our house, explaining each step and the current market in detail. The write up he gave our home was incredible; for a newer build, he noticed all of the additional details and found a positive on all aspects. The viewings happened quickly and we were constantly updated by the ever helpful- Georgi, and the house was sold within days of being on the market- for over asking price. Georgi and Gavin were always on hand to answer our questions and provide reassurance and knowledge wherever needed. We were part of a long chain which at times felt very stressful, but Parkers were always there to dig for information and keep the momentum going. Selling our house with Parkers was the best decision we made and we are very thankful for all their hardwork!

Their communication is first rate and keep me updated on anyissues with the property and /or tenants. In addition any queries I have are always replied to promptly.
Most recently some long term tenants decided to move elsewhere. Parkers secured new tenants within a couple of weeks and they will move in a few days after the existing tenants move out.
Klara Harvey was the negotiator looking after the new arrangements. I am more than happy with the service. New reliable tenants, increased rental payments, no voids and well organised, efficient service.
