Friendly, helpful staff always willing to help with any issue. I have been a customer for over six years and have no cause for complaint whatsoever at any of the times I have had to ask I have had cause to contact them, by whichever method used: email, telephone or in person. We first discovered Prime Choice just over 12 years ago. We found that from the very first phone call, the staff were professional, knowledgeable and polite. From that first impression we decided we had to use them for our move and 12 years later, we are still in the same house, receiving the same high level of customer service. Even during a difficult period, the staff at the Rushden office were professional and offered advise and support right through this time and helped us. If anyone is thinking of renting in this area, you owe it to yourselves to contact them.
