We were recently shown around a property by Orlando Reid and the process was smooth and stress free - a rarity in London! Layla Moghaddam was helpful and professional during the viewing and provided a lot of assistance in the offer stage to ensure we got the property - can't recommend them enough if you're after a high quality property with a very quick turn around.

Orlando Reid has definitely been the best estate agent I have had the pleasure to rent my home of the last few years from. In particular I feel very fortunate to have Allison De Fonduamiere as my port of contact, especially through financial difficulties of the last few years. I find her way of dealing with difficult situations with a positive attitude really quite inspiring. Been through a couple letting agents, but by far this was the easiest and fastest search & rent me and my friends ever had, we were able to get the perfect deal and everything arranged within 2-3 weeks of finding the letting. Big shout to Layla who helped with the entire process from start to finish, cannot recommend this company and Layla enough. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Matt at Orlando Reid was an absolute star. My solicitor was rather difficult with my buyer, so Matt bridged the gap discreetly and kept our communications going until the sale went through despite the difficulties. Matt went the extra mile in terms of providing relevant information, keeping me informed and supporting me when things didn't go my way. Working with Matt felt more like having a friend than an estate agent - and I never thought I'd say that!

So good to work with an independent agent as we get that one-to-one attention rather than feeling like one of many numbers. Staff are always enthusiastic and available to answer questions or to deal with any issues. They are also good at providing all sorts of information about letting and property maintenance and keeping you up-to-date on the latest regulations.
