They are very very friendly and outgoing team who are passionate to offer properties that best meet your needs abs requirements. We were served by the lovely Victoria at Brentwood! She is a very understanding and dedicated team member who goes all out to provide the best support for her clients!!

Ive been in one of Brentwoods properties for just hitting 12 years this year and I honestly couldnt ask for better Landlords. Over the years faults have developed and I cant knock the speedy service that Ive had with these faults being rectified. Weve had leaks, roof problems, heating and water problems, in general just normal house problems and the guys at Brentwoods have always sorted them in a timely manner.
If the problem is urgent they are always on hand, and they go above and beyond to sort it for you. Stuart the Maintenance manager does everything he can to help all the tenants, Joe in the office is always friendly and helpful, the whole team at Brentwoods are all really friendly and they all do what they can to help. I cant fault any of them what so ever. I would recommend Brentwoods to anyone that wants an honest and reliable landlord

Brentwood is my second agent, my first one was useless and it was very frustrating dealing with and I could never get hold of them when I needed them. Brentwood is a breath of fresh air. All staff were friendly especially Joe whom I normally deal with, very responsive and professional in dealing with all my queries. I'd also like to give Amy a shout out too, she was a star when she helped me with a number issues at the beginning. Any work which needed doing to the property was promptly repaired and I was charged a reasonable cost. Very happy with them and will not hesitate to recommend.

Brentwood Lettings have been managing my properties for over 10 years now. They are always responsive, i have very few issues with tenants due to the checks and references they conduct before a tenant moves in. I am not local to Manchester and I am kept in the loop at all times with any work or maintenance that needs to be done. Quotes for works are provided to me and works is always done to a good standard with photos provided to me. I would definately recommend Brentwood Lettings to any landlord looking for a full management company.

I rent a property and have used Brentwood as my agent for approximately 5 years. The service I have received has always been professional and efficient. I usually deal with Joe, he finds tenants quickly and looks after me and my tennants really well. He is very professional following all the guidelines to ensure both me and the tennant get the best, safest service, sometimes this can be difficult and disappointing if tenants cannot meet the rigorous checks but they are there for a reason. To protect both parties. In comparison to other agents his costs are reasonable. I have no complaints, I have and would continue to recommend Brentwood.

Never been disappointed by any letting agency or landlord like by Brentwood Lettings. All they think is money but they do not want do much for that. Service and quality is "0". They let tenants in in damp properties. Before you rent property from them check damp in all walls. Most of their houses got damp issues. That is sad that they don't repair just paint over and pretend that they never knew about damp problem.

I do not rent with Brentwood but my my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Friendly staff who respond to emails and calls straightaway. I have been looking for home for me and my daughter and although my application was unsuccessful they are by far the best company I have dealt with while house searching. They do not discriminate against housing benefit tenants like many companies do I have come across some very rude agents as soon as you mention the word Dss they are quick to get you off the phone! Not Brentwood they treat as equal to anyone else.

I'm relatively a new tenant with Brentwood Lettings and my own personal experience with this Agency has been extremely positive. Any issues I have had with the property were dealt with great efficiency and professionalism. One call and within the hour they had the plumber out to me. He was an absolute gem, not only was he just good at his job, but his customer service was brilliant. He was patient and understanding towards my needs, therefore on this occasion I'm a very happy tenant!

Brentwood lettings have been amazing. Since managing my property they (especially Amy) have gone above and beyond their call of duty not just with the actual management of the property but with supporting my tenant with her personal issues. Terrible service. They will simply rip you off! If you're a tenant, they wont repair when needed and when you leave, you'd get a crazy bill! I will be suing them! With their very bad customer service and arrogant mannerism, I can only conclude the positive reviews here are fake!
