Very unprofessional people! I never got my deposit back! They asked me for any kind of documents and everytime I gave to them the following day they were saying the lost them or the could not find them. They were always making an excuse to not give back the deposit. Absolutely frastruating and irritanting! A real ripoff!

Poor customer service. unfortunately we having lots troubles with the agency waiting to end my contract ASAP and move out after sorting it lots issues. However I would say Giovanna Saif and Kash been always helpful with us many thanks to these three heroes. Their director danan tried kicked out and determinate our contract without any notice or for any reason due to be complaining about bed bugs that we been suffering from since we moved in. Sorry but I had to leave 1 star

Lawson and Daughters are incredibly nice at the beginning of every contract but when my client faced financial difficulties and was late in paying the rent, they charged them extortionate fees. Even worse when it comes to leaving the property as it is extremely difficult to get their deposit backs. Danan who is one of the directors of the company is the person who leads by bad example of his employees by deliberately charging ilegal fees. They also refused to send a boiler engineer to repair the property during winter until the rent was paid up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE

If there is a zero start I would give them zero. Very unprofessional estate agents. Moved out of the property and still waiting for the deposit back. Everytime I tried to contact them they say talk to Brian, George etc etc. I have provided all the final paid bills. Still they didn't release the deposit. Very unprofessional. I'm going to report this company. Without any prove they can't hold the deposit. Please think twice before you use this company.

I'm not sure where to begin with this agency. Unprofessional staff in particularly the tyrannical and dictatorial Danan Chellapa (who is the head of the agency). Not only does Mr Danan instruct his staff to conduct unlawful visits, but also to engage in unlawful practices such as Tennant harassment and intimidation. Once we left the property we also did not recive our security deposit back despite not being in arrears, I don't know why this is allowed to continue. Please be aware of this man and the agency!

On the 21st December 2019 coming up to Angel station in North London, I encountered a Lawson and Daughters fiat 500. There was a young Asian gentleman driving and the lady in the passenger seat. The first thing the driver did with a tent to create a third lane I squeeze in between cars, putting other road users at risk. The terrible driving continue with driver turning in and out of lanes, also indicating to pull over changed his mind at the last second and then swerving back into the road.
I believe it is important for Lawson and Daughters, to speak to all employees who drives a company vehicle to drive respectfully as it could tarnish reputation of the company.

I can't begin to describe how bad they are. They keep deposits on rented property without any reason. They also allow people to live in properties that are not habitable despite giving written promises before signing the contract about improvements. It is impossible to get hold of them when problems arise with the property - they say they will get it sorted but nothing ever does. Avoid at all costs!

About a year ago, I was considering whether to sell my flat in Fulham SW6. Brian at Lawsons & Daughters advised me to market my home in February 2014 because the cost of moving to a larger, more expensive property would only increase in a rising market. The sale of my flat went very smoothly. I received an offer that was 10% above the offer I was expecting, which allowed me to put in an offer that secured my new home. Selling a house is never an easy task, but I can fully recommend the services provided by Lawsons & Daughters.
