The whole team, Ella in particular, have been amazing in helping us with our house move. They have all been so kind, efficient and helpful. Ella Simpson has helped me to find an outstanding apartment in a record time. She understood my needs very well, so she focused me into the right viewings, thus saving my time. The in-house referencing in particular has impressed me. Marketing has been good, as have the agents I have worked with! They're not the cheapest agents in the bay, but I guess you pay for what you're getting (Quality). I would recommend without a shadow of a doubt!

My family and I have recently rented a property through Absolute Letting Agents. From beginning to end of the whole process, Ella has been very helpful and patient. We were pleased to act on her recommendation as the removal agents we went with were brilliant. We are now moved in and well on our way to being settled. We contracted Ella with a couple of snags which we just wanted recorded. Within hours of sending the email, she has already contacted the Landlord and got approval to conduct the repairs. So all in all we have a responsive landlord and a great agent at Absolute called Ella!

We have been dealing with Absolute for our house purchase, having relocated from 300+ miles away. It's fair to say that the whole process has proved more challenging than we expected, but throughout the entire time Absolute have gone above and beyond to ensure we were kept updated and so we felt we had some control over our circumstances.
