I placed my house on the market in mid December expecting to find a tenant in early January as it rained every night. Within the first week I had 6 viewings and 2 asking price offers and my tenant moved in at the beginning of January. Sam even arranged for the check in to happen on a bank holiday Monday. Over all I was delighted with their service.
