We rent flat from the agency Living Residental which is located on Fortune Green a for 6 years. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent an apartment or house. Manager and service at this agency are perfect, they are all nice and helpful, we never had problems with them. Even as they are on holiday we can always call on them as we have a problem, eg. Before Christmas spoiled us with a washing machine sent sms to agencjii, which contacted us with an electrician who checked our old washing machine and decided to purchase a new, all it took three days, it was the same with the refrigerator. So I would recommend these people and this agency as doing their job at the highest level.

Mark LIED outright to me. He tried to steal my J580 holding deposit, after we were refused the property due to failing a credit check. He never gave us the relevant information stating that the credit check for this property was based on 3 times more income than the rent (it's usually 2 times). He also failed to respond to my emails regarding the issue. Never apologised for lying and trying to rob me.
They're a crafty, fraudulent company who obviously didn't expect me to know my legal rights. A holding deposit is ONLY NON-refundable WHEN you (the tenant) pull out of renting the property, NOT when you're refused it. Do not use these!!!
