After recently loosing both my parents Orchard helped my family with the sale and let of our family home in Ickenham. They advised us of the correct price for both renting out the house and selling. The service I received whilst renting from the agency was poor. They did not deal with issues encountered promptly, the property manager is never available to talk, it took weeks to resolve any issues. Property I was at had very poor insulation and I asked for months to fix a massive hole near the windows. I have now left the property but its still not fixed. I would not recommend.

Orchard helped me by my first home since I divorced. There guidence, experience and kindness in steering me through the process was invaluable allowing me a stress free purchase. I spent a couple of hours at their offices initially to go through mortgage options with a wide range of providers to acsertain the right lender for me. The range of properties at the time and the level of details they held on the properties and their local knowledge of the area was invaluable helping me make the right choice at the time.
They were aware of properties that might come on the market and we're prepared to target roads with advertising where I was looking to live. I can highly recommend them, so much so that I will be purchasing my next property through them this year.

After much consideration I choose to use Orchard Property Services over some of the other agents in the Ickenham area. Christopher came to our property and immediately we felt comfortable with him as our agent. Calvin called us later that day with a viewing. We were shocked at how quickly Orchard acted on our property. Really good agent and would definitely rent our property though them again!

Zoe and Caileigh have been two of the most genuinely helpful and patient estate agents me and my wife have come across during our 7 month house search. They have made countless phone calls and chased our seller to agree us having the keys pre purchase to arrange various quotes. They have made our purchase a positive experience. Having previously deals with other property estate agencies which deliberately lied to us right up until the moment we lost the house Caileigh and Zoe from Orchard have been a breath of fresh air and helped us the whole way so we got our house in the end. Amazing. Orchard Property Services impressed my parents and I with thier outstanding service. After having a flood in my parents property they had to be relocated promptly. Calvin in the Lettings team made sure this was dealt with. Dealing with ICAB and our insurers he made the move as stress free as possible. Perfect service.

Jamie and Cailieigh did a flawless job, especially when our first house fell through and we had to find another shortly thereafter. Always quick to respond to even the most trivial of questions through to fantastic advice on negotiation and helping us secure the house we really wanted when we needed it. In August 2015, we sold our property through Orchard Property Services (Ruislip branch) and were very pleased with the service. We were extremely impressed with Jamie Barham & Caileigh Murphy - and at times, it felt as though we were their only client - despite them managing other sales & purchases at the same time. Throughout the process, they were fully engaged with us and communicated very frequent updates.
It was refreshing to receive honest and friendly advice which cannot always be said in the estate agency business, particularly in the over saturated Ruislip area. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Orchard Property Services (Ruislip branch) and I would highly recommend them.

We just bought a 3 bed in Ruislip from Orchard and they were great all the way through. From the first viewing Caileigh was helpful without putting us under any pressure. They liaised with the seller and allowed us to visit a few times. Throughout the sale process they were relaxed yet efficient, even if we got a bit stressed at times! We have no plans to sell our home anytime soon but, when we do, we'll be speaking to them again Andy

Orchard have provided excellent service by offering professional advice, with transparent timely communication whilst helping sell our house and all for a very reasonable price! What I like about this estate agent the most is their consistent approach to always putting their clients first and keeping me informed all the way through the sale of my property.

Amazing experience! I managed to get my current tenancy through Orchard. Viewing was arranged swiftly and as per my convenience. Whole process was completed just in one day and at the same time Chris and his team were very attentive to detail and kept us updated on every step during the viewing and subsequent approval process. Once the approval was there, these guys negotiated with the Landlord and made us agree a convenient date for the move. Also, they offered every service including content insurance, Moving/Packing, Professional cleaning, Inventory check, Deposit Protection etc. etc. which obviously eased my life and took away the usual hassle involved in the house move.
Even after the move Chris stayed in touch with me and sorted the minor issues related to property maintenance. Also, it's worth mentioning that after 3 months I contacted Chris yesterday to change the rent payment date to match my Pay date and unbelievably Chris sorted that out just in couple of hours. (Considering my Landlord is living abroad, it was really superb and super quick) Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent/manage any sort of property.
