This is a "Boutique Business", and provides a very personalised approach to the day to day running of individual developments and estates. We take instructions from directors of Right to Manage companies and will liaise and communicate wherever possible.

We are only paid monthly for the service we provide, finding tenants, rent collection and management. Depending upon discussion with an individual landlord, our minimum monthly fee payable from rent collected is 10% + VAT and the maximum fee payable from rent collected 12.75% + VAT. There are no upfront fees we are only paid monthly as the Tenancy progresses.
Tenant fees

MBL Estates Limited do not charge prospective tenants a registration fee when looking for a property to rent. Tenants are not charged an administration fee in the event of agreeing to rent a property through ourselves. In most cases incoming tenants pay a minimum of one month's rent in advance and one month's rent as deposit, although the deposit quantity can vary from property to property.
