Rude and unprofessional. Dimwits making money through fees. There's a fee for everything in their site. Have a look and find a professional company instead. Updated: Answer to your ignorant answer. I did contact you. You were rude prcks about everything, refused to contact me, kept all the money. Google yourselves. You have a lot of reviews with the same scenario. It's happened a lot.

Stayed in one of the properties near town centre for almost 9 months. Overall ok experience. One of the agents/manager needs to improve service quality and behaviour as he was not helpful during initial months of my stay. Check out fee was high. Would recommend only when no other alternative!

We had looked with many agents for the right house in Northampton and were let down many times by the others. As we had been abroad for several years, so our references were more complicated, but they over-came every obstacle and did what was needed for the Landlord to be sure that we was ok.
Greatlets really went out of thier way to secure the property for us referencing quickly, doing contracts and having the house ready when we needed it. Thanks for our help Greatlets!

I have used Greatlets from Albion Properties for two and half years to manage my buy to let property. During this time I have been very pleased with the services they offer. They found me an excellent tenant who wishes to stay in my property for the long term as I preferred.
