Welcome to our website; we'll get as close as we possibly can to extending the same type of warm welcome you'd receive if you popped into our offices in Acton, Ealing, Greenford, Northfields or Sherborne. They're our patches, and are patches we know well, having opened our first office in Ealing neary 40 years ago.

Things were very different then: we were without the Internet and with a full postbag of property details to send, but the fundamentals of estate agency have remained the same. We still pride ourselves on being a local, independent agency with client service, communication and integrity as our core values.

Ashley Rolfe and Simon East both served their apprenticeships with independent West London agencies, Ashley in Chiswick and Acton, whilst Simon served predominantly Ealing, Haven Green and Ealing Common. They started the business in 1983 believing that estate agency needed upgrading, particularly in customer service and true career paths for people who shared a combined love of people and property.
