Live in a property managed by squire estates and by far the best estate agents we've ever had. Always here to help with anything and sort any issues out that we've had and very quickly too. Obviously we are lucky to have a great landlord too but Boiler broke and we had engineers organised the same day, lock broke on front door and was locked inside a locksmith was round within the hour, plus we've asked about changes we've wanted to make like carpets and this was dealt with promptly and professionally by squires.

Huge shout out to Jody from squires who has been at the forefront of all of these and for us, she is their best asset. So if you have read this far down Squire estates are the only estate agents I would consider in the Hemel area.

I want to thank to Ellen and Squire Estates staff that they helped in every stage of process of finding, placing offer and finally agreeing on completion date. they were very responsive and to the point for any issues/questions we had. overall, i want to leave this feedback for anyone thinking to work with this agency and to thank for their effort. please also note: we had a blocker on process (not related to estate agency) and thanks to Ellen for chasing and solving it promptly and finalize the process immediately after. so this means something unusual may occur but i believe they will try to do everything they can to push forward.

Would recommend Squire Estates as a company! We were assisted by Holly Parkinson, she was a friendly and approachable person. Taking into account what my partner and I were looking for in a property, she provided us with up to five options that met our needs. On the viewings, she was able to highlight to us what the local area had to offer while also opening our eyes to what the properties in the far distance could offer! If you are buying your first home, I would absolutely recommend them because the insight they provide is invaluable!

I have been a customer of Squire Estates for many years now and have always found them efficient in finding exceptional new tenants in a timely manner. Maintenance issues get reported quickly and are repairs are carried out to a good standard. Rent payments and contract issues are resolved with tenants as they fall due. In summary, 'they do what it says on the tin'. Find good tenants, manage those tenants and pay the landlords.

I've been working with Squire Estates for many years mainly with my rentals, it was only right they got the chance to sell the property when the time was right. Ellen Wilding was my point of contact and I have to say she was fantastic, extremely customer focused and went to great lengths to make the sale go through simply and swiftly. Brilliant company - We had shopped around at other companies but non compared to Squire Estates. In fact other companies were as useful as a chocolate teapot. Ashley was brilliant. He kept us in the loop from day 1. He updated us every step of the way. He maintained regular contact and advised on what we needed to do to help move things forward. He was extremely knowledgeable and was on hand to answer any questions or queries we had. I would definitely recommend this company. Good estate agents, very accommodating for working applicants and always very informative. We dealt with Andrew on lettings and cant fault him in anyway. When things got bogged down or stuck he was quick to get everything rolling again and us moved in as quick as possible as we had a tight turnover from our previous home.
