Accord are an excellent letting agency. Due to living abroad and having a demanding job, it's important that I know my property is in good hands. I receive regular updates on my property and I have never had any problems with my tenants. The transfer of tenants is also always a hassle free experience. If you are a landlord and looking to take a hands off approach with your property, I would strongly recommend to use this company. Extremely poor management of repairs to be done in the properties. We've had an urgent repair take over a month to be fixed. When you call the agency to complain about the lack of action, they insist they cannot do anything about the problem, and that we should contact another company that deals with repairs. The funny thing is, we've rented the property directly though Accord, so how come they can't do anything about the fact that our rights as tenants are being breached? So does it mean that Accord won't do anything to help? And will we have to bring legal action against the landlord for breach of obligations?

As Accord's inventory provider we cannot fault the branch in any way. The agency is extremely busy however as a contractor we're always attended to promptly and professionally. All staff members are extremely polite and courteous - Will, the Manager clearly has extensive experience as he's helped resolved multiple issues which naturally arise.
