Howard Baker Estates has been managing my property since September 2004. Over the years, Sam, Mina and the team have dealt with everything including repairs, renovations, replacing various items, and new regulations. They always send pictures of work carried out. Howard Baker Estates Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best estate agency to help me to rent a property. The Howard Baker Estate was best option for us. We spoke with Sam and then met with him at the property. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding property, how long their listings typically stay on the market.
