Equal to one weeks' rent (to be paid when making an offer for an AST and to reserve a property). This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign the tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). 2. A refundable tenancy deposit, equivalent to 5 weeks' rent when annual rent is below 50000 or 6 weeks' rent if annual rent exceeds 50000. 3. A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) equivalent to 1 weeks' rent. 4. Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant. 5. Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant.

Howard Baker Estates Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best estate agency to help me to rent a property. The Howard Baker Estate was best option for us. We spoke with Sam and then met with him at the property. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding property, how long their listings typically stay on the market.
