If I could give this company zero stars I really would! I find it completely and utterly disgusting that they are comfortable enough to allow me and my kids to suffer with a faulty boiler for 3 and a half weeks! They don't care about the property or the people in it. They are definitely a false representation of "property managers" or whatever they call themselves.

We've dealt with a few estate agents/letting agents in our time and Finefair is by far the most responsive and friendly, at first it was hard to reach them as they are very busy but nothing has been too much trouble for them. With many years experience in the property industry, I have encountered many letting agents over the years both occasionally good and more often very very bad, but none have come close to the exceptional level of service I have received - as a landlord - from Jay and the rest of the team at Finefair. Best decision I made was when I put all my properties into their care a few years back and I would highly recommend that both experienced and new landlords do the same. Stay away from this company, they are absolute cowboys. they're guaranteed rent scheme is a scam and not worth the paper it's written on. Landlords trying to terminate the agreement and they are trying to keep possession illegally. They have been paying the landlord 875 on a market rent of 1400.
