The cost of having our rental properties managed by Property Moves is such good value and I cant recommend them highly enough. They put as much effort into a small problem or query as a big one. All of the staff are incredibly efficient and proactive and ensure that we are complying with all regulations, maintaining the properties at a reasonable cost and keeping the quality tenants that they have found for us, happy. Jill in particular has dealt with some complicated issues for us and I trust her completely when she gives us advice on how to proceed. Her experience in the sector is second to none.

We have been clients of Property Moves for the last 30 years and have always found them not only efficient to the extreme but also always friendly and helpful. Even though we have been with them all this time they can always remember each of our flats as if they had only just seen them recently and who has rented them. I contacted property moves via RightMove app, after that for me to finalise the property was all about correct timing. This was only possible for Property Moves seamless way of working. I am very pleased with the way my request was handled and help in answering even stupid questions throughout. Property Moves are by far the best letting agents I have ever used, and I have used countless over the years, so I am very familiar with the industry standard.

Not being based in Brighton prior to moving, and organising remote viewings seemed to be an issue for every other letting agent in the area, but not Property Moves. A huge shout-out to Bradley, who helped show the flat via WhatsApp without any fuss to make this possible. Also, thanks to Daniella, who helped smoothly arrange the move-in. We were not able to pick the keys up during normal office opening hours, but again, this was no issue for Property Moves. Other agents would have adopted the 'computer says no' attitude to something like this or been completely indifferent.

Finally, when there have been maintenance issues, Jill has always sent a contractor out immediately. This is unheard of! I am extremely grateful to Property Moves who prove that the relationship between tenant and letting agent can be a positive experience for both. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

We work with Caroline as a subcontractor and find her and the team by far to be one of the most organised Letting agents we've dealt with. Everyone is amazing and very professional. If anyone is looking for a letting agent I would without a doubt recommend Property Moves they go over and beyond for their landlords and tenants alike.

Communicating with Caroline it took a very long time to arrange for a maintenance issue to be fixed (a serious one as well that posed a threat to our health) and it felt that I was a very low priority for the agency BUT after being put in contact with Jill via the emergency email address she got it sorted promptly despite the office being closed. I was disappointed with the way the issue was handled originally but in the end Jill did go out of her way to get it resolved for me before Christmas so I'm grateful for that!

Warren went above and beyond to help me sort my property problems out . Having had issues with a previous letting agent warren sorted it out straight away.

Matthew dealt with all our questions quite effectively, always with very nice and kind attitude. He also liaised very effectively with the landlord to make sure that some conditions were included in the offer and in the contract.

When looking for a rental property, Jez was the only agent to regularly keep in contact me not only on how my search was going but to check on how my own rental was progressing. Fantastic customer service and genuine honest help.

We left the flat spotless and have had deposit deductions made for problems that were listed in the original inventory. This is currently being considered by the Deposit Protection Scheme in a dispute resolution case. We have records of the agency repeatedly allowing themselves into the property without prior notice. We have copies of rude correspondence and recordings of calls with the property management branch of this agency behaving unprofessionally.

We were warned about them making unfair deposit deductions before we moved to one of their flats but we ignored it assuming that the people did not clean properly. We rented for many years and never had a penny deducted as we are so conscientious, so this is quite a shock.

I have recently used Property Moves to rent my flat, they have been super efficient, from the beginning and have taken all the stress from the process. They found me a tenant really quickly, organised everything necessary and all the staff I have dealt with have been really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly agency. Staff are nice. Shelby does our paper work right, sometimes may not receive reply soon but they will sort out the things we need soon. Explain everything clearly. I would recommend property moves
