I recently purchased an apartment to rent out in Chester. Needed a Chester agent to manage the property. I 'Mystery Shopped' a few agents and got very very poor responses from most of them but Jordan & Halstead were exceptional. I was spoken to as soon as I walked in. Offered a seat, a drink and Georgia sat down with me and took all my details, information on the apartment etc and then Adam introduced himself and we made arrangements for him to visit the apartment there and then with a view to placing it on the market for rent.
It was up for rent on the same day as the appraisal and lots of viewings followed. Adam, Johnny and especially Georgia have been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this team in Chester.

I have used Jordan & Halstead for a number of years now for my rental properties both in Chester and Liverpool. The service Georgia and the whole Team provide is first class. Communication and Customer Service for me is key and Jordan & Halstead do not disappoint. Always keep me updated and go that extra mile from picking up keys to being really accommodating with meeting tenants. Nothing is ever an issue and any issue is resolved efficiently. A fantastic letting agency to deal with. Top notch one of the best in Chester. As a previous tenant I found all of the staff to be very professional and responsive to all the queries that I made during my 5 year tenancy.
