Very unprofessional - agent did not tell us the address of the property, when we called the office no one knew about the viewing and when we finally figured out the house number (over the online pictures!) and arrived, the guy told us to wait because another group was viewing, even though it was precisely the time we had scheduled our viewing. We ended up not getting the property because the landlord chose a different group. The agents' communication afterwards was horrible, not responding to questions and further enquiries. Do not recommend.

Spoke to about 6 people at Leonard Leese, all rude and very unhelpful. I rang 6 times to speak to our agent who was conveniently unavailable every time until I said I would hold until they were available in which it then took 30 seconds, so they blatently lie to then not provide a service! Worst company and estate agents I have ever encountered.

Have dealt with Toby for a number of years. He has provided a professional service with good advice on the rent levels to charge to minimise any vacant period. Charges were explained and I had no hidden costs. I would recommend them
