Ray at Pestell Dunmow is the best estate agent I've come across. Professional, prompt and personal. I can honestly say Ray is a true gentleman and Pestell & Co are the best estate agents, not only for buying and selling, but for rentals too (one day to find a tenant!). They provided some very sound advice up front, organised a series of viewings very quickly and then stayed close to help move the chain to Completion.
