| Job description: | We are construction service provider company based in London area and we are actively seeking sales executive to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic and enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good communication and customer service skills and have a smart and presentable appearance with previous estate agent sales experience or construction trade sales experience. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Roles: In this role you will promote the commercial services of our client. The range of services including on-line services, marketing reports and training programmes with the objective to develop and secure new business. This will involve making appointments, meeting with clients, converting new business and maintaining. And you should have to, #make out bound sales call to prospective clients #act as a point of contact for prospects #meet with prospective clients, predominantly office based, but also outside if, when required # receive inbound sales enquiry telephone calls #keep up-to-date records of sales activities #provide accurate forecast and pipeline information #contribute as part of the sales team to new ideas, approaches or techniques for sales #attend industry shows for networking and lead generation purposes |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | Confident, articulate and persuasive telephone manner #Confident face to face presenting to all levels #Developing effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues #P.C. Literate #Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets #Ability to track and monitor both short and long term prospects #Building/Construction industry experience preferred |
