| Job description: | We have a unique vacancy for an office based employed rental & management co-ordinator. Thomas & Rose are looking for someone who has experience in rental management and is able to look after over two hundred managed properties. Knowledge of the legislation relating to lettings is a must having to deal with landlords, tenants, franchisee's and working directly with the Field Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who can be diplomatic in dealing with clients, is able is communicate effectively, has great administrational skills and not only is able to be organised but also organise others.
