| Job description: | You are a successful senior negotiator with at least two years experience and you have been thinking about starting up your own letting agency. How would you do this with out huge investment and risk? It is different running your own business and letting properties is just one of the skills required to be a success. To launch is a risk. | Duties & Responsibilities: | Concentrate on what you do best - letting properties. Working from home which will be your business address, you will canvass landlords, carry out valuations and undertake viewings. You need internet access, mobile phone and landline. There is no paperwork as the online system we provide is a groundbreaking "start to finish" solution for lettings and property management. This is a full time post and as a partner you will need to be self motivated and thoroughly dedicated. | Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | At least 2 years experience in lettings for a london agency. You should be qualified to at least NFOPP technical award standard. A Full UK driving license. |
