| Job description: | If you are looking for a new opportunity as a Lettings Negotiator in an estate agency, and you have the relevant industry experience, then this job is for you. We are a new Lettings and Management company who have a requirement for a Lettings Negotiator where you will work directly with landlords and tenants from agreeing new ‘To Let’ instructions, tenancy agreements, tailoring service to suit client needs through to accompanying viewings. We are looking for someone with the experience, ambition and talent to help develop this company and as such the successful applicant will have an opportunity to grow with us and further their career. | Duties & Responsibilities: | • Marketing strategies regarding landlords and tenants • To actively source Landlords and obtain ‘To Let’ instructions • Cold calling tenants and landlords to generate leads • Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the smooth running of the letting process from new instruction to move-in and settling of new tenants at which point the Property Management Department will take control. • To prepare and update all advertising and marketing material within the computer system and display areas within the branch • Design, pricing and placing of external advertising when requested • To update internet advertising on a daily basis • To actively promote each property, book viewings • To update inventories, prepare all other routine documentation and notify utility companies and mortgage lenders of any change of occupier. • Communicating effectively with the rest of the team to share workloads • To liaise with all other departments whilst reporting to the Lettings Manager (where applicable), Branch Manager and Directors and to promote the interests of the Company in general at all times • Hitting daily targets • To perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the company |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | • Good communication skills. • Good attention to detail. • Sales ability. • Fluent with I.T. • Able to motivate themselves in a closed environment. • Good team player. • Comes from letting or estate agency background. • Good people skills. |
