| Job description: | Our client, a multiple award winning agency requires a Residential Letting Negotiator to join an established office. With customer care at the forefront of this company you will provide a high level of customer service and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication skills are required to succeed in such a varied role, liaising with clients and internal departments on a daily basis to maintain a high standard of accurate communication. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | You must have excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate administration yet cope with the fast pace of lettings. Presentation both in your appearance-smart business attire is a must in this calibre of company and in your work is key. The majority of work will be office based, however a percentage of time will be out of the office attending appointments for viewings, inspections etc. |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | To succeed in this role with you will have already have demonstrated success in customer face to face dealings as well as telephone communication, be organised and efficient with a good record of personal effectiveness and have the ability to meet deadlines. Some previous experience / understanding in the rental market is a must and ideally you will have previous letting experience. |
| Benefits: | An excellent base salary of 14/15K doe along with the opportunity to add to this with profit bonuses and referral commissions combined with first class training and on going development will surely appeal to candidates serious about taking their career further. |
