We are currently looking for suitable candidates to set up and run their own letting agency or Acquisition agency in their local town using our knowledge, experience and systems and support. You will receive full training and on going support. Branding and marketing pack, on going support throughout our national network. Opportunity to make your own future, what you want it to be. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Business Set up and management (under guidance) to gain landlord instructions in your local area, by following the marketing plan provided. To show tenants around properties and generate lets and move tenant into properties. As Acquisition agents you will be helping people become investors and sourcing suitable investments for them to buy. |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | You need to be very organised and have excellent time management skills, previous management or business experience is ideal. for lettings, previous experience is not necessary but for the Acquisitions you will need to be a property investor and have management or consultant experience. |
